Chosen carefully for their warm, caring natures and friendly personalities, they really enjoy their work and this shows in the way they engage with passengers, going that extra mile to ensure passengers receive the best possible care.
All of our staff members wear a very smart uniform and have undergone an intense security check by the Criminal Records Bureau. They also participate in various training courses including first aid, wheelchair handling, administering oral/rectal medication, disability awareness and customer care.

Proudly introducing myself and my Passenger Assistant to new clients and old, and making them all welcome on board my vehicle prior to travelling to their chosen destination. My personal approach ensures a happy and courteous, friendly atmosphere during their short time spent with us.

I enjoy looking after the children on the journey to and from school, making sure they are happy and enjoy thier journey on the bus, watching them progress and grow.
